Sales Team
Our Sales team is the engine room of the business. They make a high volume of calls to clients each day to check in on how they are doing, share some stats on their pages, and to see if they’d like to continue their listing.
A typical day for our sales team starts with an energetic team meeting! They run through all opportunities for the day and share any other info or incentives. One of the team members will lead an inventive sales call to get the team on track for the day. The team then hit the phones. There are time bonuses throughout the day to keep the healthy competition going, and a close of business target that everyone works hard to achieve.
